In most commonly available sources of the Blue Water dub of Dragon Ball, episodes 102-153 are somehow sped up due to either the recorder used or encoding. This leads to episodes being 19 minutes long instead of 21. As such I took the time to fix those and correct their speed (without modifying the pitch), it didn't eliminate the skipping but at least they talk at normal speed now. Enjoy.

Weren't these rips made from the U.K. broadcast? If so, they were sped up due to being PAL. Should have just been NTSC for the entire world.

They are but that's a different thing. Blue Water used a French source to dub over. Meaning the source was higher pitched but their dub was made with that in mind. In this case however someone messed up with the recording or encoding. I have a Westwood DBZ episode with the exact same issue from the same source. So it's not a PAL issue.

Thanks for clearing that up. And also, thanks for sharing this. The Blue Water dubs of DB and GT (+ Z's Westwood dub) probably would have been forever lost had it not been for some fans who recorded it, preserved and uploaded to the web. The English dub of AB Groupe of DBGT TV Special has yet to be publicly uploaded, I'm guessing the dub is just as bad as the ones from the Z movies, but still, something I'm curious about.

Thanks so much for the link! I appreciate it very much. I see this must have been the exact source files you used since episode 124 is missing both from this link and from your nyaa upload. Episode 95 is also missing from the link you gave. If you ever find those 2 episodes one day, it would be great if you could upload them to nyaa. I'll let you know if I ever find them.

I did find both episodes actually. Both to a Dragon Box sync however and both without the issues that the episodes here have. Perhaps I can make a torrent for those two only when I get back. The issue is Ep.71 which I never found and is mislabelled in that Mega link I listed as it's just a 2nd recording of 73.

Thanks for letting me know about Ep. 71. If I ever find it I will upload it or post a link here. For those other 2 episodes, even if it is the Dragon Box Video, at least the audio is there. It would definitlely be great if you can make a torrent of them when you have the time.
