why subs so bright

Damn, these would have been perfect releases if it wasn't for the giant karaoke subs covering the entire top of the screen during action scenes and just generally being a visual distraction. I guess karaoke being embedded into the main subs track was still popular in the late 2010's. They really need to be a separate track. Nobody cares about the lyrics or sings along to this shit on their first viewing. Most people never do. People who care can look up the song and lyrics online.
