mkvtoolsnix @karmatronic open folder bdmv - stream - biggest file sizes drag and drop. select what you want to keep and not mux together choose file path. Or do playlist its not hard to learn trial and error. You can also view these with vlc if you don't know what is what.

Yah, MKV Toolnix does the job perfectly. Make MKV is good too but MKV Toolnix is more than enough and you can de/select what you want to include in the container.
