@Maxine because 1) that "FLAC 5.1" tag looks damn nice in Kodi (Honestly, this is the main reason for me); 2) high speed Internet is pretty widespread now, so you don't have to worry about it taking a month to download vs. a smaller file size with something lossy; 3) if it's FLAC, you can always process it down however you like, while you can't upscale AAC or Vorbis or what have you if you want reason 1; and 4) storage is ridiculously cheap now. Buy a 8TB HDD on Amazon for $150 and the share of storing this is $.87. Plus you could always just delete it after watching if space is an issue.
@Nala_Alan because it's easy and I'm lazy.
@godblessadolfhitler According to the jewel case, it is native HD. That could be wrong, of course, but it doesn't say it was a SD remaster, so for now we have to trust it.
> I’m more concerned about that 1080pee resolution. I doubt this old ass digital anime is anywhere that res.

@the_wyandotte In counterpoint to @Maxine's silly and misplaced comment....
THANK YOU. Thank you for high-quality audio, since some of us actually appreciate those things.
@Maxine: These kinds of releases are OBVIOUSLY for people who WANT lossless audio; if you want worse quality I suggest going elsewhere. It's pretty easy to find worse.
