Sir Animeland . Im getting really slow speed like 5 KBps. And only 768 MB has been downloaded yet. I really want this movie sir in english dub and great quality and yours is the best out there and moreover it has proper english dub just exactly what i need. What shall i do sir ? Could you upload the English Dub audio track then i could download it and add it in the movie . Please could you do this . Because download speed is really slow. I think what people are trying to convey is that the (english audio is going at 24 FPS) and that the (video is moving at 23.976) so it's out of sync. Unfortunate seeing as how this is the only english audio that isn't descriptive for the seeing impaired. I don't know how to correct this issue myself as I've only ever fixed it with subtitles.
So just an update, as long as you delay the audio by 1025 milliseconds (1.025 seconds) then the english audio and video should be synched up perfectly. It really wasn't a frame rate issue. Sorry for the confusing comment above, but as long as you have a video player that has an audio offset/delay it will work. Once again thank you for releasing the english audio - literally been looking everywhere for it. (The other versions just had english audio for the visually impaired; but this one has the voice actors from the anime!)
