I wanted to watch Re:Creators recently, but didn't found any re-timed subs, so I made my own. All eps are mostly +24 frames shift to HorribleSubs release, but last part of ep1 swapped as avant to ep2, and ep3 has 4 more lines in Meteora's speech, so my friend Xellos Slayer did Jap->Rus TL for that lines and I did Rus->Eng TL. It might be not perfect, sorry for that. I'm not native English speaker.
