could a mod please take this down? I am the uploader on ADC and the gohan here violated "this is ADC exclusive" part of my upload.
Unfortunately, re-uploading from other trackers is not against the rules here. If you'd like to take action, you can see that there is an ADC username in the Information field. You might try taking this up with ADC staff if it is against the rules there.
submitter is anonymous and I have 2 users not seeding the torrent ATM so it could be 1 of them. The user mentioned didn't upload it
Why make it exclusive to ADC? Does that serve anything besides your ego?
@wizisi2k go back to your private tracker circle jerk.
Seeing that almost all BDMVs on Nyaa have hundreds of snatches and basically zero seeders I can't really blame him.
if you looked at the information on the disc, you would clearly know why it's SUPPOSED to be ADC exclusive (hint:metadata). Enjoy having a region locked upload because I really DID forget to remove the region lock BTW.
It's easy to undo region lock and I don't see why you'd think another track would care about ADC's rules.
So you were in such a rush to be the very first person to upload the season to ADC that you didn't even check the region locking, and you still yell at people for sharing it? That's humorous.
The funny part here is i am being blamed for something i did not do. Thanks @wizisi2k.
Something I don't see often on m2ts files are the encode settings. For those interested. Private tracker lol No this will not be taken down.
I already said this before, but uploaders from private trackers get upset because they want to feel like they are part of something exclusive. And if everything becomes publicly available, the exclusivity is diminished, and there would be no reason for private trackers to continue to exist. No normal person likes to be left out of something. So what happens when they do? They act out. That’s just how people are. And because of this, their cries have reached out to a few of those inside the private circles who empathize and represent them. The Anon submitter of this page is a prime example. They are unsung heroes to commoners and enemies to secret-circle groups.
down???? laughing to belly up I think that the only ones who have rights over the blurays are the creators and the producer and not any guy who makes a pirate copy of an original and uploads it risking that anyone can share
@NyaaSearch Even if all content that was ever released onto private trackers made its way onto publics, private trackers would still exist because most people use them for retention + faster DL. Not sure how you came to the conclusion that content on publics = 'no reason for private trackers to continue to exist'.
Well it's in a dilemna. So technically no one really owns the rights other than the creators themselves. Will see how this goes. It's just a shame it's hard to get in to exclusive tracker sites. I have unlimited bandwidth(700-900mb dl speed) and at least (400 up speed). I would like to help contribute by seeding or sharing some old stuff, but they really make it harder or sometimes impossible to get in. Unless you really have a good connection with someone there. Kinda like applying to a big company tbh :\
@ShikiS It’s because uploaders get upset that it got leaked to public trackers, so they end up quitting when it keeps happening. There are plenty of examples. So far, it’s only a few BDMVs that have been leaked that caused some to leave for good. Imagine if the entire archive/library of BDMVs housed in each and every private tracker became accessible to all public trackers as soon as it’s posted up. There’s no point in being a part of something that’s so difficult to stay in than just to be on a public one. This has nothing to do with retention or faster download rate. Everything else becomes irrelevant when no more new content gets put up. Private trackers encourages new content to be uploaded. When that stops happening, everything else falls apart, because once everyone in that tracker has a copy of every single piece of content, it has reached an equilibrium where their ratio stops moving (unless new members join). And even if there’s no content uploaded anymore, there would be plenty of sites and trackers that would house those copies publicly anyway, so it’s pointless to stay in either way. Do you see my point now?
From the way your talking I assume your not in any private trackers. AB is a prime example of a private tracker where most content is taken from public trackers, where its key advantage over nyaa and other public anime trackers is retention and faster DL, so that already invalidates your point on "no reason for private trackers to continue to exist".
@ShikiS Yes, I have AB. I don’t even use it because there’s no need to. Everything is out there if you know where to look. It’s just people trying to make it out as something like an exclusive club when it’s not. You lack the ability to look things up, so you swarm toward places like those, hoping to find whatever it is you’re looking for. It’s honestly not much better than public ones. The moment someone posts something on the web, the ones on AB try to repost first to get ratio off of it. The ones that are able to repost first take advantage of the ignorant and benefits without spending a dime on new content themselves. It’s pathetic, really. There’s nothing exclusive about it. I was underwhelmed when I got in. By the way, AB is an exception. It takes content publicly and centralizes it. Most private trackers are the exact opposite. AB’s model does not fit the mold for every single private tracker. Also, AB exists because the content was already public to begin with. The original posters don’t get butthurt about their stuff being reposted elsewhere. They will still keep releasing regardless, so it keeps on fueling AB. Your point was invalid to begin with when you said “AB is a prime example of a private tracker…” Please put a little bit of thought into whatever it is you are saying. Don’t just run your mouth because you can.
Have any of you ever considered the possibility that some private tracker exclusive BD uploaders don't share their rips on public sites because it would be akin to standing on a box with a megaphone, screaming "hey <insert company>, look at me sharing your stuff illegally!"? Even if you were to use a VPN, if these companies really wanted to they could still find you. Obviously this does apply to private sites too, but you at least get some level of protection by sharing there.
@Kuromii Yes, I agree that there’s still some form of risk in sharing anything illegally, some more than others. But if that were the case, everyone who uploaded on Nyaa or even downloaded from here would be arrested by now. Obviously, sharing large files, like BDMVs, are very inconvenient through sites because of small size limits, and sharing through public trackers are easier for crackdowns. However, I rarely see any legal actions. If it's too big to turn a blind eye, then it will appear in court. If you got singled out, that's just bad luck on your part. But that doesn’t stop people from reposting. There are other networks besides private trackers that are great for housing things. Although private trackers are great for speed and retention, public trackers are not bad at all. Just don't come to the party late. If you are, then that's on you. That's just how the game works, and everyone knows this.
Don’t get me wrong. I never said anything to discredit private trackers. All I did was explain the phenomena of what happens when others keep leaking content to public trackers or open sites. The result you’ll see is a decline in private trackers and uploaders in them. What’s the purpose of getting into a group that is difficult to enter if you can get it publicly? They’d quit if that were the case. It’s a waste of energy, time, and money building yourself up inside the group. I’m not going to deny there might be some ego for why they get upset, but almost everyone in there spends out of there own pocket to share. Public trackers have more robbers than givers, so they feel cheated in some way. Obviously anyone would. It’s just people calling them egomaniacs because they haven’t been in their shoes. Some of them might want credit as a form of gratitude, knowing those who downloaded from them are grateful. I know a whole lot of shitposters on sites like 4chan that download from you and still piss on your name as if it were your grave. If it gets leaked, it gets leaked. I still get something out of it, and I’m grateful for it. I may be in AB, but I’m not in ADC or U2. I really don’t condone the leaker doing this, but I’m still thankful to him/her.
Thanks to whoever uploaded this. Dear ADC members, good luck chasing anonymous uploaders ?
not even gonna bother. Season 2 and up are going to blutopia, where I know if someone leaks, ACTION WILL BE TAKEN (their account penalized-maybe banned)! I have 2 strikes from my ISP so even a public share is a no-go. If I knew the guy's IP address-including his seedbox, I would block him at the hosts level and tell other peers to do the same. I know who it is not but whoever it is did a troll move on me. I have other stuff that has had the uploader's request respected. Maybe moving it to blutopia will have me get that respect from peers.
Can someone please seed for a bit? Seeds on here aren't helping. Would appreciate it.
I'll seed it for you... and ofc for everyone.. I hope he posts rest of series on Blutopia because I don't have an account on ADC.
@cazador1337 Thanks. Finished now.
@Gohan9080 He accused me a few days ago of sharing this.
Sorry for the trouble, but is anyone willing to seed for a bit? Thanks so much.
ADC is dead now, nothing in blutopia, where is my BDs? @SparklyStars I'll reseed it... but wait a moment.
@cazador1337 Wow wasn't expecting a reply, thanks a bunch!
since I removed the region block, I'm stuck at 99% but it's not a problem... I'm seeding it.
@cazador1337 Finished, thanks I really appreciate it!
i would really appreciate a dual audio rip of this, can't find one anywhere and i don't have the room for this
I'm not normally a person who says anything about uploading stuff or downloading it cause I do plenty of downloading but it this case I'd hafta say if you want english dubbed Aria buy the general release next year after the Kickstarter release is finished. I participated in the Aria KS and no fucking way in hell am I gonna condone uploading any discs from that release.
Can some1 reseed plaese?
@cazador1337 care to seed m'dude?
After all the arguments in the comments about public vs private, a couple of years later the torrent shows 0 seeds here. Results are pretty damning. Of course I don't support "Exclusives" and all, but still it's clear how bad retention on public trackers is, esp for BD's and Remuxes
