The story focuses mainly on Hasegawa Chaco, an Oizumi junior high school student who likes costume play, and Kosuke Tamiya, a costume play photographer who is trying his best every day to (?). Nevertheless to say, she and her friends are members of a costume play club and they all get involved in so many hilarious events such as cosplay competition on episode 1 and cosplay seashore summer training camp on episode 2.
