^ It’s “moeshit” made by FUCKING MADHOUSE, who is know for making literally anything BUT. This was the one time they did it just to show they could, and they really knocked it out of the park. It’s also by the director of NGNL and Sora yori mo Tooi Basho. If you can’t see how that might make it something special I don’t know what else to tell you.

Hello there. I know the Kametsu download release section is gone now because of legal reasons, but why call it quits completely?

Your releases could be listed, but just with no torrent or DDL links! I’m pretty sure everyone who used the site would know where to find the Kametsu community’s releases anyways, so supplying the links to the downloads directly wouldn’t even be necessary.
