is this a better release than [TCL] Black Blood Brothers or [Splazm] Black Blood Brothers (720p BD Dual Audio AAC)?

I did not personally compare with the [TCL]. Someone complained that it was not seeded, so I decided to do it. Mine is off the original DVDs. The bit rate is a touch higher. The motion scenes and color saturation should be better because of that. If you don't already have that one, I would say take mine. The other torrent [Splazm], is probably better watched on a phone.
thank you very much.
Terrible release, a lot of artifacts and screen noise
