more frames = better quality

At 1:43, there's a pan where you can go frame-by-frame and see that there are 4 moving frames and 1 duplicate over and over. If you play it in full speed you can see the jitter this causes. Basically that means that this rip is at the wrong framerate and therefore not worth much.
