Yes! That's the booklet! They published part of it in Gundam Ace, but naturally it was just a preview. It basically explains why Riddhe wasn't in Gundam Narrative and what happened between the series and the movie (more or less). Not sure how many pages the scenario booklet is but no one else posted it, yet... :/
