Would have been about the same amount of effort actually. Vivid only needed a small re-timing but i checked both and they where both fine with me just ended up using HS

Lol, I’m no expert but… It’s just and opinion.
In your encode, the colors look too much washed,
exposure looks high (a bit),
grains in the original bd have been smooth out a lot,
lines or borders of background(objects) and foreground(character) are too much smooth,
And some detail loss here and there .
Audio is okay, I only saw two episodes.
Anyway, Thank you for your work.
EDIT - I believe, one should not mess with the detail of an anime or any kind of a work of art or a movie. It totally ruins the original work or ideologies, artists had. etc etc.

lol, I personally like it because of how the mc act in general and because while straying close to the usual romcom format they actually go for a real relationship.

Also if you go get the sub you only need to make a ~200ms forward general re-time and possibly will want to resize the font a bit. Opening the .ass file and changing the resolution in notepad is enough, don’t need to be the same as the video resolution, just think of it as a percentage option. If the file says PlayResX: 800 PlayResY: 480 and it looks way too big and want to reduce it by 50% then go for PlayResX: 1200 PlayResY: 720
Lastly what’s up with ppl negativity. I give all the information someone might want so option A download the first file and make sure you like it, option B download all of it and find out if it’s good for you, option C you see that something in the release isn’t up to your standard, we are all different and I totally understand, so don’t download it.
I’m not saying this because of the comment on this particular thread but as a general observation.(I do understand that I’m not gonna be able to change ppl but hey I tried)

HS subs are shit for this show, AniPlex did a much better job and is what Vivid is based off.

this show in a nutshell is just a budget bakemonogatari done worse.

Lol Mai is an improved Senjougahara. I agree with the comparison to monogatari series but this is better than any single season of monogatari.
