Re-Encode of [(G_P)'s release](https://nyaa.iss.one/view/852057) and including the Director's Commentary tracks (only first 3 episodes) from [Bonkai77's release](https://nyaa.iss.one/view/975626). The Bonkai77 release is actually a little smaller if that is a primary concern but I just couldn't stand the vertical letterboxing.

I've marked this as a remake because while it does mix contents of two different releases, one of those releases is also a remake, and only does so for 3 episodes, so the majority of the release is a reencode of a different release and the parts where there is more being done than just reencoding a different release it's adding in auxiliary tracks of yet another remake.
@JoeBlowfish Yes, I am working on the TV series and New Files OVA now. They should be out some time this week. Although, I am not going to do the movies since I think Bonkai77's encode of those are good enough.
