The old torrent is dead and only included the TV series. This is the whole thing. It contains:
2017 TV Series episodes 1-37
2018 Web Series episode 1-8 (note that only 3-4 and 6-7 are relevant. 8 is a giant commercial for the movie and the rest are recap, but they're here for the sake of completion)
2018 Movie- This uses a raw from GYAO, so it's much better quality than the earlier release using the DVD rip.
Credit to an anon on 4chan for subbing 1-9, and WeeabooShogun for collaborating on the handful of Shinkalion lines in the movie. The rest is Shomentoppa.
Kinda sorta. It does try to explain things and be accessible to newcomers (they were probably banking on a lot of Shinkalion fans coming to watch for the brief crossover), but there are definitely things that would be lost on viewers who haven't seen the show, or be less impactful.
If you're familiar with Hyper Series, it's basically the same formula but with more depth. Mobile Rescue Police is Hyper Rescue/Hyper Blue Police/Hyper Builder smashed into one, Mobile Assault Police is Special Riot Police, Karigari is Waruda, albeit more noble and with a crush on a TV announcer, and the Evil AI is similar to the unnamed NEXT STAGE villain, only bent on wiping out all humanity. Hyper Green Ranger is nowhere to be seen.
