Much like my previous torrent for the WEB-DLs (https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1000094) these encodes soften the grain a bit and fix the blotchy/bleeding colors that exist through the series, making them more uniform. There is still a good amount of grain left behind, but if you are looking for something untouched check out Moozzi2's encodes. I also patched up a few frames in episodes that had glue and tape marks (namely episodes 26 and 34).

Are you sure you got the right term here? This is color bleeding https://forum.videohelp.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=18592&d=1372549890 and this doesn't have that unless you got a few frames that demonstrate this as those screenshots don't have it. It does have blotchy artifacts tho only if you run a degrain filter.

I dunno that one is difficult because he's by the fire. Seems that shot has red-brownish line art as the other ones don't have them which seems it was intentional for that scene.

These are probably LD transfers. I dont think anyone has the rights to the original. If they even exist anymore.

The first four movies were released theatrically on the same day, and are numbered so based on the order of home video release. OVAs 5 & 6 were released to home video on the same day, and are numbered so based on when they occur chronologically in the series.
Additionally, if you're looking to complete the package, this torrent is missing the 1985 pilot episode (https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1157658), the summary episode for the main series, the 1st OVA (Kimagure Orange Road: Soushuuhen Tanabata Special) ...which is just two episodes of the series formatted into a feature, the music video episode (Kimagure Orange Road: Futari no Koi no Repertoire), and the 5th movie (Shin Kimagure Orange Road: Soshite, Ano Natsu no Hajimari) (other compilation torrents have it).
There is also a rare TV broadcast special that mixes the voice actors of Kimagure Orange Road with another show to count down an audience-voted top 10 moments of the latter half of the Kimagure Orange Road series (https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1243388).
...Having said all of that, I think this rip is the best one to download to get you started. Simply find the missing pieces and reorganize to taste.
