What media player do you suggest I use to watch this? I have tried VLC and MPC-BE, both have been unwatchably jittery and flickery with intermittent green screens, I wish I knew why.

This is a vanilla h.264/avc 8b encode. For me, it plays fine on both MPC-HC and VLC (latest versions).
