This is my first encode, so bear with me.
I mainly did this for 2 reasons.
~~**1:** There are no great quality dual audio encodes that don't exceed 10GB, mainly because of the lack of x265 releases.~~ I completely forgot about Nep_Blanc's release
**2:** I recently upgraded from 4c/4t to 8c/16t on my box so x265 encoding is MUCH more viable for me now
**Source:** D3's BD Remux
**Screenshots:** https://imgur.com/a/HlIy4Wx
**Video:** x265 10-bit (rf=20)
**Audio Track 1:** (Default) English (OPUS 5.1 640kb/s)
**Audio Track 2:** Japanese (OPUS 2.0 192kb/s)
**Sub Track 1:** (Default) English Signs & Songs
**Sub Track 2:** English Full

**Chapters included!**
All that out of the way, if there are any problems/you have suggestions for encoding on future releases, please, leave a comment.
And please, remember to seed! Initial downloads will be slow because of limited bandwidth on my end.
Ah, my apologies. I don't mean to come off as condescending or egotistical with that statement. I actually had a friend send me a mega link to that batch a few minutes after posting, and it appears I can't edit the main post. After a few frame comparisons they're honestly near identical in video with the only real difference being my encode is a little less fuzzy with slightly less sharp lines while the opposite is true for them. Although I see no real reason to use FLAC when OPUS exists. That is a fantastic encode though! Props to them.
(for future purposes) theres a pencil symbol next to "The" in the title click it and u can edit only if you're logged in tho if you post as anon it's non existing
@doomedfreak thanks for Nep blanc's version, I prefer quality over compression.
@slcoolj thanks for sharing your version but to me anything below 500mb for a 1080p is a no go.. unless its a 10-15 min episode.
@Nokou
Tanya BD compresses extremely well. My 10-bit x264 encode at CRF 12 with Japanese FLAC audio only was a mere 11.8 GB.
Just hasn't been released yet due to fansub work being stalled.
@Nokou No problem, to each their own. Although in all honesty in comparing the two there isn't much of a distinguishable difference unless you're looking for differences by frame, in motion it's indistinguishable.
