Movie is exactly the same, Plus Ultra version includes some extra content and papers in the bluray box.

The Plus Ultra is movie + OVA. It SHOULD include a poster (maybe a frame from the movie), this I don't know.

@Nisekoi1 - You can either download the [DB] version OR the [AnimeRG] version. They both are in 5.1 Dual Audio.
