To answer these questions, look forward to v2. I didn't have a copy of ray=out's release before, but now that I've looked them over, I can say I don't like how they did certain things. I'll try and make 1-24 releases as breezy as possible, but chunks of the translation is flat out wrong. In any case, we decided to use their timing like I was using the original Russian timing before, with a delay to match the better raws here https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1176688
