On September 26, 1959, Super Typhoon #15 (also known as "T5915", "Vera", or "Isewan Typhoon"), struck the coast of Japan with the maximum wind speed of 305 km/h, causing over 5,000 dead or missing plus over 30,000 injured, the heaviest casualty caused by a single typhoon in Japan in 20th century. This animated movie was produced on the 30th anniversary of the tragedy in order to commemorate the dead and survivors.

@everyone Hey! Probably long time no see =)
Maybe some are stupefied by this release like: -"From where did this came from? G.G" or something like that, BUT, I have a very good reason for this.
First, a while ago a user requested this to me, to work this movie from the Arabic TVRip, it was WAY too awful (so I stopped the project).
Then, a friend of mine wanted this too recently (he requested this a few days ago), and I got remembered of it, so I searched again everywere if there are some new releases. It's a quite nice coincidence that again, like the Arabic TVRip, I found a VHSRip executed by Vera09261959 on his YouTube Channel.
From his upload, I could encode it to be like a normal low-resolution movie, I did cropped the black sides, select deinterlacing, denoise, a bit of sharpen to make it look better somehow, it could have been better, so I added the source used in the encode too for those who might want this challange.
I randomly found the poster and VHS Cover scan on Google, so there's no source specified.

@Permidion Sorry about that, I just said it because it's streched, cropped to match a 4:3 format or something and has edited colors to look probably better on screen :(
