So this is a Quebec release in the production company only. Even if the voice actors were living in Quebec, none of them are Quebecoise. Rather they or their family are originally from France or another french speaking country of which there are many if you consider the countries that speak french fluently as a second language such as Morocco. There are a large amount of people who speak regular French that live in Quebec. I feel like only half the People in Quebec that speak french are Quebecoise, but its probably a lot more of that these days especially since they have made a point to bread like rabbits since probably even before the early 90’s in order to increase the Quebecoise population to continue to stengthen their rights and rules for everything to be in french in Quebec such as products sold in stores and the names of stores. Although I imagine the reason they didn’t use Quebecoise actors was so this French dub could be sold in other french speaking countries.
