This contains all episodes of the Blu-Ray release of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Golden Wind with Some-Stuffs subtitles. This is a remux of the Blu-Ray release so there should be no quality loss or changes to the video and audio.
The final OP and the final ED were not present as separate files in the Blu-Ray release like all the other OPs and EDs, so I added these by ripping them from the episodes. Unfortunately, that means they contain credits, unlike the other OP and ED files.
**NOTE**: This is **NOT** the official Some-Stuffs Blu-Ray release of Golden Wind. These subtitles are taken from the TV episodes and synced to the Blu-Ray release.
Video: MPEG 1920x1080 x264 (Blu-Ray)
Audio: FLAC
Subtitles: [Some-Stuffs](https://some-stuffs.com/)
Reuploaded due to some minor sync issues.
Are you planning on an eventual smaller sized 720p release? If not, do you think you could upload the subtitles with your proper Blu-Ray timings separately? There aren't any other full Blu-Ray torrents of Part 5 with Some-Stuffs subs available as far as I know of, so those subtitles would be really helpful for me or others to make a quick remux.
I commented something similar on the previous upload, but that obviously got deleted.
I'm currently not planning on a 720p release. You can extract the subtitles with something like MKVextract (part of MKVToolNix) and then add them to your own video if you want.
Why does the audio sound a little off?
There's 2 audio tracks, the 2nd one is better, but it's still a little bass boosted or something. I compared them to the Horriblesubs 1080p release and the sound there is definitely more balanced.
Can you fix?
I did not change the audio and video for this release, the audio is exactly as it is included in the Blu-Ray version. You can compare my release to [this raw Blu-Ray release](https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1197483) or [this one](https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1200104). If it sounds off it might be because you're used to MP3 quality instead of FLAC. As far as I know, the Horriblesubs 1080p release doesn't use the Blu-Ray version of Golden Wind but instead the TV version, which means there are quality differences.
@Lune Horriblesubs are WEBDLs I doubt they use even the best MP3 quality. I mean MP3 sounds fine on a cheap pair of cans once you get into the 200-300 + a DAC you really want lossless.
Hmm to me it felt like the audio in the Horriblesubs release was more balanced, and was intended to be that way. But hey it aint jojo without a little ear rape right? @dummy
There are 2 audio tracks in every episode. Is one track out of the 2 better than the other in quality? If the quality is equal, why are there two of them and not only one?
for anyone wondering about the audio tracks... the first track that may seem to be worse than the second actually has 3 channels while the second one has 2 channels
