can't stall if the anime stops airing ?
Is there a said date on when the continued episodes will air? Some of my other shows have no said dates making me believe this is going to take months.
>implying it's not an inside job by cartel infiltrators
remember when gjm was subbing flip flappers
probably until japan is no longer under lockdown, which could easily be like 3 months
So, regular feedback time! To start with this entire episode talks about "limiter release codes". Unless they changed this from the manga (which I doubt) there is only a single limiter release code, so this should be singular, not plural. Then there's the line about at 53% Mikoto's "mind will transform and be transported to another dimension." This is perhaps a bit too literally translated? The implication is that her mind/personality will transform into "something" of another dimension, or will transform into "that" of another dimension, not that it will be literally transported there. Moving on we have the line were Misaki escapes from Gensei and wonders "Is he insane?" and follows up with "That insane explanation implied [...]". You might have thought that the "baka" was referring to the explanation, but it's actually referring to Gensei. Gensei got too excited about his experiment, took his eyes off his hostage, and allowed her to escape, which is why Misaki wonders if he's an idiot (for doing such a stupid thing). The next line then should be "That idiot's explanation implied [...]", as the "baka" once again refers to Gensei. Next up we have "but what am I even supposed to do against a mad scientist with Multi-Skill?". This might be quite difficult to hear but Misaki actually says "Chiito" (γƒγƒΌγƒˆ), calling him essentially a "cheating old man". The problem is for some reason the VA puts a pause in the middle of the word, turning it into "chi-ito-jiisan". Anyhow the implication of this line is not that Gensei is a "mad scientist", but a "cheating old man", as he possesses Multi-Skill which allows a person to have multiple esper abilities while you can normally only have a single one, and is thus "cheating" compared to other espers (like Misaki herself).
(Had to continue this in the next comment due to Nyaa's comment character length limits.) Finally there's Kuroko's "But I have this weird feeling, as if I've forgotten something important...". This line implies that Kuroko has forgotten something, but in actuality she wonders if she's "overlooking" something or "has missed" something about the current situation. She has a nagging feeling that something's not right about how things are proceeding, that there's something off. There's actually one more thing, but I'm not entirely sure about this one. Both you guys and the official subs translated this line similarly, "The core of the Exterior's defense is secrecy. Hardly anyone should even be aware of its existence.", implying that Exterior's first line of defense is just not letting people know about it. But both the fan translation and official translation of the manga translated it as "The cornerstone of Exterior's defense is its ability to conceal itself. Outsiders cannot even perceive its existence.", which implies that Exterior itself has an ability that makes it imperceptible to outsiders (and, given the fact that it's a giant mind-control device, this is within the realm of possibilities). Personally I do not understand Japanese well enough to say for sure which translation is more accurate, but a Japanese-speaking acquaintance I talked to is leaning towards the latter, which is why I brought it up here. Anyway, thanks for the subs as always!
^not sure if based or cringe...
looking at Olympic postponing (but time slot still in a mess) and recently lockdown, it's become a new normal now
Thanks for the Touman.
