Here's the changes:
- episodes 369-377 were switched to Vanillapunk release, and 382-394 - to yibis, since they are not hardsubbed
- episodes 790-866 are now in Full HD
- all yibis episodes were merged into one folder
- filler episodes 492 and 542 were replaced with A-Destiny Toriko releases, they contain both Toriko and One Piece parts
- Funisib episodes are now in Specials/Fillers/
- episodes 867-929 by HS were added
- Episode of East Blue and Episode of Skypiea were added, both done by HS
- Film Gold was replaced, now it's a H265 encode
- all featurettes were replaced with Kaitou and Puto releases due to higher video quality
- movies 1-3 were replaced with Puto releases, movies 4-5 - with Kaitou releases, movie 7 - with nks-Qrazed release with OCRed K-F fansub
- movie 14 (Stampede) added, it's a mux of SOFCJ-Raws encode and rubberman fansub
- Prologue to Episode of Arabasta added to Specials/Featurettes/, since it's kinda like other featurettes, being the movie extra. It's raw, since there is no translation
442GB! I am amazed at your dedication. At the same time, could I suggest something - reencoding it to x265 (using quality crf28) with 96kbps opus audio. This will reduce the file size to less than 100GB. With this you will have more seeders to support you and ensures long term reliability of this torrent. Please consider doing this immediately so that your resources are not wasted.

@notaretard - 20yrs back people used to do bad reencodes using xvid, divx, x264, etc to get small file size and qualilty became bad, thus the term REENCODE became bad. BUT, that has changed. x265 preserves quality and reduces file size. And encoders (both software and the people) nowadays are very experienced and the end result is great quality with unbelievable file sizes.
Large hard drives are not dirt cheap.
Music which we listen over and over again needs to be kept as flac and that alone consumes tonnes of space.
And most anime fans already have gigantic hard disks bursting at their seams.
AND there are lots of people who don't have a pc and are doing this on a mobile with LIMITED DATA and limited flash memory.
While H265 definitely can preserve the same quality using lower bit rate compared to H264, you still should avoid reencodes. Video encode always means quality loss, since it's lossy, and reencode is the additional quality loss on top of that. Find uncompressed source and encode it, then nobody would complain.

Hatsuyuki said there is an issue in ep 870 fhd, and they plan to fix it. Also I'd like to wait a couple of months at least in case they release more eps. I will be seeding [#1267548](https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1267548) until my next batch, so it won't be lost.

Just do your own re-encodes if anyone wants one. The good thing about this torrent is that it had the old fansub releases as they were. This is history being archived, regardless of anybody's encode preferences.
I will still fix small stuff like subtitle styles. The goal of this is to make old releases accessible and watchable, not to make history. XDCC is doing it much better anyway.
I made an account just to thank you. Should I lurk in here for updates? I am a huge fan of One Piece and want to get the best subs available before more 2020 sadness happens. We already lost so much shit especially in the anime community this year. It's looking like it's K-Z, yibis, Hatsuyuki, etc. I'm pretty sure once I see these, I'll remember them. These are the subs that kind of explain jokes and Japanese culture, right? Those ones were my favorite. Anyways, thanks for being awesome!

No, the very old subs are indeed hard-coded, but its not the same as you go on. They are soft subbed later on(after maybe 200, i dont remember exactly). The ones that are hard subbed are the ones with the crazy effects which are not possible through softsubs
large yibis subs in eps 681+ is VLC's fault, not yibis (they DID change font in that episode, so probably newer VLC interacts badly with it)
works fine in Potplayer and VLC 3.0.8 (and earlier)

Hi there. Would you be so kind as to add "Batch" in the title? Like "Collection/Batch". This torrent doesn't appear at all if someone (I'm talking about me lol) enters "One Piece batch". I think batch is the most common term here rather than Collection because there's barely anything when you search "One Piece Collection" compared to batch. I only found this collection by luck through a link. If your goal is to have only a few people knowing about this then I understand.

There was an upload many years ago titled FOR POST 80'S GENERATION. These are all One Piece JPBD BDMV without subtitles all 1080p BD. Do you have these movies and specials?
Hey if you ever release a new batch, someone uploaded an HD copy with edited K-F subs for episodes 207 though 310. Contact Saiyaman83 on reddit for it. It seems he doesn't have a nyaa account and they've blocked new users for some time. Its such an improvement over the SD version in this torrent. Also episode 209 in this torrent is corrupted and cuts off at 16:24 so if anyone wants that episode, he included an HD version with those episodes. The only this is missing are the filler episodes at 279-283 and 291-292. Hope this helps anyone else looking for Kaizoku fansubs.
