I personally thought that the script of the Retail Blu-ray subs was better than HibikeCord, so I OCR'd them and added TS and some missing lines from HibikeCord.
Also ran a spellcheck, fixed OCR errors, added lead in and made lines continuous.
Retail PGS subs for OCR and HibikeCord Signs track were also sourced from [#1253845](https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1253845)

i really hate it when studios decide to have a dub for one season/movie yet don't do the the rest, whats even point dubbing the movie when the series is only subbed... same with Bang Dream (only season 2 is dubbed). it would have been fine if it was the first season only... this just sounds like a teaser for a dub for the rest of the series, that may not even happen.

Timing is really bad, at least bad enough for me to find it confusing and switch to the other track in the first 10 minutes.
