Reuploading another bonkai77 release. This one already exists in nyaa [here](https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1001823), but since I'm likely the only active seed left in both nyaa and anirena, I'm reuploading to give it a second chance at life, since this release in particular is relatively good despite the filters. This release adds visible changes to the color saturation and sharpness without compromising any other aspect of the animation. > Worshipping the WarpSharp I see I could get a shave with how sharp this release is.
Warpsharped encodes need to die
For those of you who prefer releases that stay true to the studio's original intent, the best Made in Abyss release was Galator's. This release is for the same sort of kids who think 60fps is good and horriblesubs is a fansub group.
y'all need to stfu if you don't want to download it. The only thing that needs to die are your garbage, disgusting comments on this website
@Arcus_Deer @SeaSmoke Did anyone ask for your expert opinion? If you don't want to download it then why the fuck are you even here?
Everyone can have their own opinion, I'm just voicing mine and trying to steer newbies away from the siren song of 'enhanced' releases. It's your problem if you take it personally.
@Azozy5643 Sure there are people who want this type of releases and I am not telling them to die I just made an observation.
enhanced (read: shit)
Aren't we all grown enough to download different releases and check for ourselfs what satisfies us the most? No need to steer anybody away. Let the people make their own choices :S It's not like it hurts you in any way when somebody else watches an encode that you would not.
@neoborn Thanks for being civil, wish I could edit my first comment to be a bit less harsh but oh well. You bring up a fair point, personally though I try and point people to the best releases whenever possible for 3 reasons. 1: I want them to have the best viewing experience possible, 2: I want to promote high quality releases so that they will continue to be made, and 3: I want good releases to survive for as long as they can. There's a bunch of old gems out there that only have seeders on bad releases (reencodes of reencodes, releases with watermarks, etc.), and the archive-worthy remuxes have been lost to the sands of time. I'd prefer for that to change. That being said, I understand the need for smaller releases (e.g. DB) when space/download speed is an issue, but this particular release has unnecessary edits that leave a somewhat bad taste in my mouth.
reuploading remake thing doesn't make it mark as remake?
I assume not because nothing was changed from the remake to consider it a remake again? *(technically it's a remake but also isn't)*
this should be marked as RED

@rozee @RoxReaper yeah I probably should. While I'm at it, I might as well add a bunch of descriptions. @Arcus_Deer @SeaSmoke, while I understand the reasoning behind enjoying anime as undiluted and true to the original source as possible, I don't understand gatekeeping releases like this from the scene. The reason I put the before/after images is so that people can judge for themselves if they want to watch this or not. Your own opinions are valuable for your personal enjoyment, sure, but by deciding for others what they should/shouldn't watch, all you're doing is spreading unnecessary negativity. Personally this is the first filtered release I've watched, and I'm pleasantly surprised by the fact that bonkai managed to preserve Moozzi2's filters as well as he did despite the reencoding. I reuploaded this because some people might enjoy this release too. While I still, by far, prefer the untouched releases, I don't plan on discriminating filtered releases considering the fact that there are people who enjoy this kind of stuff too. @neoborn I actually love you, keep up the good work. I hope you're considering encoding kyouso giga >:)
The people who enjoy this filtered trash need to go
> This release adds visible changes to the color saturation and sharpness without compromising any other aspect of the animation I thank you for serving the Sharpviet Yunyun
You guys need to take a few deep breaths or something. A lot of people use moozzi as a source.
Yikes. Not like I'm downloading this or anything. I never use Moozzi2 because of their filters though. I respect **bonkai** since he doesn't interpolate his releases and does the best he can. My standards are quite high when it comes to video quality, so I'm not gonna say anything insulting here. People who make anime **60fps are committing a cardinal sin,** and don't deserve to **live.**

@Ingenioussubs 60 fps anime is horrible lol, i can understand filters, but why anyone would make an anime 60 fps is beyond me
I can say for sure that [Heavy Object](https://anilist.co/anime/20881/Heavy-Object/) looks better in 60 FPS because of its CGI use. quick examples Normal: https://streamable.com/o7umsz SVP: https://streamable.com/0v6191
it's far from better; I'd say it's the exact opposite of better
@Arcus_Deer Thanks! getting Galator's version then. I used to get bonkai's but I really can't stand moozzi's encodes.. oversharpening and characters have weird faces like southpark it's not even funny. but some people love them ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
> I used to get bonkai now I noticed that many (I compared) of their releases used enhanced video source though not all (at least not obvious without comparing), I didn't notice that because I got introduced to this group for their subs, I got many of their releases sitting in my HDD. now I have to replace them with another group.
thanks for this. quality is far superior to the original.
why you boys so mad? "uhh i prefer to watch my taiwanese kid cartoons in their original blurry mess because no one there can afford glasses" i could do without the saturation but the sharpening looks great. cry more and stop bulling our uploaders
