However, an incident during his last middle school tournament caused him to quit the sport. But soon, many factors conspire to make Minato take up the bow once again: the start of a new Kyuudo club in his high school, a chance encounter with a mysterious archer, and the support of his childhood friends, Seiya Takehaya and Ryouhei Yamanouchi. Together with his childhood friends and his new teammates, Kaito Onogi and Nanao Kisaragi, Minato rekindles his love for Kyuudo and works with his team toward their aim of winning the prefectural tournament. ![](https://i.imgur.com/gwS6G9J.png) --- **Comparison** (avc: source, hevc: encode) *Open links, toggle with mouseclick and check title.* [![](https://i.imgur.com/jVX23Wk.png)](https://slow.pics/c/0qFBvvND) [![](https://i.imgur.com/vPbuMhJ.png)](https://slow.pics/c/DgJxs2mU) [![](https://i.imgur.com/J3LH7PN.png)](https://slow.pics/c/zxOY5qv2) --- **Source** ?️ Video, Jpn Audio and Subs: [neko-raws] https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1153135 ?️ Eng Audio: [Golumpa], HIDIVE Rip, IRC: Xertion - irc.xertion.org Port 6667 #XDCCLeech ? *Subtitles Info: [CR], Copy/Edit signs track [neoHEVC] - Format `ASS`* --- **Media Info** ? **Sub Delay E1/E2** Episode 1 and 2 have a very peculiar subtitles delay of about 1.5s. Aegisubs doesn't show any problems and the subs are timed to the frame. However when watching the video they are out of sync. I made a patch especially for those 2 episodes (see link above in description or following) ? [DDL (Mega)](https://mega.nz/file/kBpl0RaC#W5Fnes19eEiRsnIO5BSK_EldVMmXOkD6R8Df_sPt7ko) To apply it put the original E1 and E2 episodes (they need to have the same name as in this torrent) into the extracted patch folder and run the corresponding patch-file depending on your operating system (if you are on windows, run ‘3.Apply Patch-Windows.bat’
Just a heads up, it seems like the language patch doesn't work with the sub-timing patch? I used the sub delay patch to fix the episodes but when I used the language patch, it couldn't find the files. Not a big deal for me, just got to hit "S" on the keyboard for the first two episodes. Regardless, thanks so much for the release!

Yeah I kinda made this only for the norml version, sorry I forgot to mention that :S Up until now I wasn't even sure if anybody uses that language switcher patch. Seems some of you do. I will put up a subfix patch which includes the language switch. This one replaces the one in the torrent then. I am still finding my optimal way to mux subtitles and how I can use for-loop-batchfiles (I always try to automate everything possible). My old way created some minor problems which I now have ironed out for future releases. For this one you have to put up with that littoe patch ubfortunately.
or you can stick to one of these school of thoughts with regards to subtitle muxing and drop default track patcher CTR E-D people have adapted to these two existences. and they would use mkvpropedit if needed. you won't be able to seed 100% this way but 99% of data is seedable.

Well I will always make English audio and Signs subs as default because that is the way I watch dual audio shows. I thought why not include a patch for everybody who likes it the other way around. If I do it on my end then only one person has to do the work once and everybody else has the choice to apply it. Instead of everybody else having to go through the trouble individually. And maybe there are many who don't know how to switch these metadata tags (as evidenced by many a comment like "English audio default... omg") and would need to research it first wasting even more time and nerves.
fair enough. setting default track flags is one way and arguably the simplest way to play files according to one's language combination preferences. out of curiosity does your file play fine in plex for both preferences since i am seeing it differently structured internally to what i commonly see in plex ready releases.

Mhh I had to set forced flag for the signs track for Plex to pick up on it and use that instead of the dialog track. I suppose because the Signs track is subtitles track 2 and not 1 and both are flagged English. It seems like when they are both labeled as English and your language pref in plex for subtitles is also set to English it just choses the sub which is in track position 1. I might also need to switch the subtitles track position according to the default flags or set force flags. I suppose this assumes that users have their subtitles language set to English in Plex for it to work though. I don't think plex does anything with the default flags it seems because you set your "default" with plex options language pref. VLC on the other hand uses the default flags on my end and switches to them accordingly. What prefered languages have people who watch Jpn audio Eng dialog subs set up in PLEX? Audio pref: Japanese and also subtitles pref: Japanese? Or Audio pref: Japanese and Subtitles pref: English?
i have no idea how jpn audio preferring people use plex with multi-track files. i have done quite a few tests in the past with plex to understand how i could get it to pick jpn+full. unfortunately i couln't figure it out. from your obsevation seems like plex hasn't changed a bit. one of the reasons i made my earlier suggestion was because you switched filenaming to tvdb scheme but the file internals seemed like it would not work for even dub viewers in plex. sorry i can't be of any more help in this case.

When I had the following setup Plex chose JPN audio and Dialog subtitles: A0 - english A1 - japanese S0 - english (dialog) S1 - english (signs) Plex settings: Pref audio: japanese Pref subtitles: english This way plex went for the jpn audio as instructed and chose the first sub track which was dialog. Since both tracks are labeled as english it just went for the first. It seems like the default track flag had no effect on plex. The forced flag on the other hand did. If I forced s1 - english (signs) it went for that even though its not in first place as subtitle and both were still labeled as english. I think I will switch up my future dual audio encodes and also switch position of the sub tracks while keeping both of them as english. Or I experiment with labeling the dialog track as japanese. Need to test this further. I am no expert in these things (not yet anyway) but I try to make my encodes the best they can be. Still learning many things about how to handle all of this so please bear with me. Constructive criticism is always very welcome.
A0 eng A1 jpn S0 Signs with default and forced flags S1 Dialogue this is CTR style. i have asked people in the past how jpn audio preferring people pick their preferences in plex and it seems nobody knows since those people were dub watchers and this track setup works for them. yeah plex only recognises forced flag, even then it might not understand it fully. i think it's useless to label because plex won't display subtitle track labels, atleast that was how it was when i tested. you are open to change, that's why i said what i said ;)

Ah with label I meant flag the language. Anyway I will try the following setup for my dual audios: English - Signs A0 eng - default A1 jpn S0 signs (eng) - forced and default S1 dialog (eng) Japanese - dialog A0 jpn - default A1 eng S0 dialog (eng) - forced and default S1 signs (eng) I dont think switching the audio stream order does much since the player and plex should use whatever language is selected as prefered anyway but can't make it any worse I suppose.
yeah it should be fine.
