@PoleChomdu Because Blu-rays don't always end up uncensored. Plus Blu-ray quality is typically better than TV broadcast rips. Downloading these TV rips are temporary until BD but usually are keepers if BD is altered or censored in any way.

Even if Blu-ray had to came up censored, you can still make something watchable using AT-X for uncensored scenes and BD.

@PoleChomdu Yeah but realistically nobody wants to watch Redo of Healer censored, or anime censored for that matter. For the people who pay attention to quality, nobody sensible would want AT-X uncensored scenes spliced into a BD rip if it was censored because it would mean inconsistent quality and too much extra work to satisfy our niche wants and needs. Because why go for BD at all. But since the studio confirmed uncensored BD we don't have to worry about that. I only bring it up because of woke puritans going on the warpath of getting shows like this cancelled in the west because it hurts their fragile ego. Western simulcast is banned for the show and Germany Censorship laws banned it in German markets. Our community is the last beacon of hope for uncensored anime, especially if you input other sites being attacked by ISPs.
