Update: FTV-subs has released this as well (as you hopefully noticed when you searched for it). I would recommend checking out their release, but I would also recommend downloading either their softsubbed AAC release or their hardsubbed AAC release, the latter for people with computers that are slower (since softsub kara can be hard on the CPU).

I don’t recommend their FLAC release for reasons that I have detailed in this blog post.

(The reason behind this recommendation is mostly since they actually translated the songs themselves instead of taking them from pre-existing sources of unknown reliability)

If you still want to watch my version, I appreciate it. It has come to my attention that the videos do not play in the order that the DVD intended, so tossing this v2 into the same folder as everything else will change the playback order to what it should be (more details about that in the blog post above).
