I've had this project finished for a while but never got around to doing a complete quality check, so if any issues arise just leave a comment and I'll issue a fix.
This is a small file size, dual audio release that packages together multiple fansubs for both the original series and the movie and doesn't include the awkward 10 second long eyecatches after the opening that aren't present in streaming versions.
Changes:
Remuxed Cleo's A/V with various subs
Retimed all subs for each episode due to missing eyecatches
Retimed several Underwater-FFF signs that weren't properly timed originally (see below)
Created new signs/songs sub tracks for each episode (Coalgirls + Underwater-FFF)
Named and retimed chapters for all episodes

@AbdallahMehiz I spent a while last night trying to find a source for them that was still seeded and couldn't manage to find one, so I'm not sure I could find a copy to include even if I wanted to.
@ZERO-150 My upload speed is horrendous so I mostly deal with mini encodes, however in my experience HEVC doesn't have any real appreciable difference in quality compared to x264 in most cases and certainly not enough to use it over HEVC. Also I don't see any x264 releases anyway outside of raws which I likely couldn't have used anyway due to the eyecatches and this series's strange determination not to keyframe cut correctly. In any case, it wasn't worth the bloated file sizes to use x264 for a difference in quality you, or at least I, almost certainly wouldn't even be able to notice, to say nothing of the tens of hours extra that would've had to be spent just attempting to encode and cut from raws.
