I don’t see anybody else having a problem. Even if there is I won’t be able to fix anything. Don’t know where I got it from nor get it now.
Works fine for me. 142 pages, no errors when using Chunky or CDisplayEx. It does pause slightly when loading, but that’s because of the cover file which is 42MB.

Looks fine to me. Try extracting and zip it up again.
