Believe it or not, they removed all of the character dialogue for this compilation, so all you can hear are the eurobeat songs. Unless you're talking about karaoke, there's no need for subs.
Oh, now I see what you mean, FilipinoGrandMaster. There's a bunch of recap text before each race, and some subs would be nice, although anyone who watched Fifth Stage and Final Stage knows the context for each race.
