These CDs probably have the best-sounding version of Nujabes' Ristorante mixtape. Compare almost any song from the mix and you'll hear that all of the various cassette rips sound muddier compared to these. Sadly, a few songs are missing from the ends of both sides of Ristorante, so it's not the complete thing. "Vem Para Ficar", "Eple" from side A and "Sofantastik", "Balmes" and "Life Is Like A Samba" from side B have been cut. Someone could try to mix in the missing songs from a cassette rip, though I don't know how well it would work. Might just sound jarring going from CD quality to cassette sound. Anyway, the original uploader only shared these mp3 300kbps ABR versions, so we'll have to make do with them until some kind soul uploads a lossless version. The .TIF cover scans provided are also excellent. Side B of HSL 5-24@Loop also has a great mix of early Hydeout tracks. For clarification: HSL 5-24@Loop, Side A = Ristorante side A HSL 11-30@Loop, Side B = Ristorante side B Aside from the Nujabes mixes, I'm not sure which of the other mixes belong to which artist.
