For manga Hakuneko works the best with a lot of popular manga sites: https://hakuneko.download I also like Manga Downloader by Red Squirrel http://redsquirrel87.altervista.org/doku.php/manga-downloader JDownloader is another great tool. http://jdownloader.org/ . Not so much for extracting pictures from sites, but it is a great download manager. Like some for example when danke posts multiple Mega links, like danke does. You can JDownloader to queue up downloads and don't have to manually clicking on every download.
