Yeah this looks like an update though if your internet is really that bad you really shouldn't even be trying to play it as it does require a stable and fast internet connection. Though lately the PC version has been rather unstable for me, crashing out of nowhere for unknown reasons (my PC isn't the issue at all) so I switched to only playing the PS4 version since it plays better (I don't own a PS5 so that isn't an option). Though without seeders no one can download this anyways.
