This doesnt play for me on VLC, am i missing some important HVEC codec or something? neither does the other PSN [AnimeKaizoku] mkv work either.

Works perfectly in both my MPC and VLC installs. I always install the “k-lite mega codec pack” so maybe that’s why?

The movie looks great and plays on my pc with Vlc, however there’s slight stuttering on the picture quality, nothing too big but noticeable, i know it’s not my pc because my gpu has hardware support for HEVC encoding/decoding and this stutter doesn’t happen with other files i have in the same format

Yeah installed that codec pack and for some reason, the video starts skipping. No other video I have played has ever done that. I have also tried vlc, potplayer, powerDVD and nothing has worked
