**Synopsis** **Contains 12 episodes** **Kamisama ni Natta Hi (The Day I Became a God)** Dressed in a conspicuous outfit and armed with an eccentric spirit, Hina Satou goes around insisting that she is the Asgardian god "Odin." When she crosses paths with a boy named Youta Narukami, she uses her precognition abilities to warn him about an impending catastrophe threatening the end of the world. But being a teenager preoccupied with his problems, Youta finds it hard to believe such a preposterous claim. Somehow forced to tag along with her antics, he witnesses the effectiveness of Hina's skills with his own eyes and realizes that she truly is capable of divination. Nevertheless, despite her persistence in being a god, Hina is still a child who desires to see and experience the wonders life has to offer. With the world ending in 30 days, Hina, Youta, and their friends venture forward to create lasting memories they will cherish forever. **DDL Here** : **[Discord DDL](https://discord.gg/vQzTV9eaat "DDL")** **Spoken Languages**: Japanese **Subtitles** : **English ASS** [GJM] **[TTGA](https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1393710 "Subs")** **Source** : **[TTGA Remux ](https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1393710 "Remux")** **Audio** : Japanese 2.0 Opus **≤ 192 kb/s** **Media Info** : **[MediaInfo](https://pastebin.com/raw/G0W93zP2 "Paste Bin")** **Find me here** : **[Discord](https://discord.com/invite/tZEkEd5Y5U "Discord")**

* _OPUS_ ༼ノ◕ヮ◕ ༽ノ︵┻━┻
@NodMan: I'm curious. Do you have any issues with opus? I mean, this should play anywhere and is not bloated, so why the rage?
@kamineko * _Yes, you did lose quality, Opus is a lossy format so whatever your source material is, you will lose some quality. How important or noticeable that is will depend on the opus bitrate, your hearing and your personal preferences are. But just putting this as a warning for anyone reading._ It's not a major loss but it's still a loss. Not to mention that I believe OPUS degrades over time? I could be wrong.
Opus is lossy, but smaller and still better than AAC. I don't get why we should use flac for LOSSLESS audio when the video is compressed as fuck compared to a real, uncompressed version which would have 716 GB for a single episode of anime. Only reason is with audio we can go lossless, with video it's impossible. Waste of space imho. opus is OK for me. I challenge anyone here to hear a difference between a good opus (or aac) version and flac with their usual setup.
I can see why one would want lossless, but OPUS is pretty damn good. Between AAC and OPUS, AAC is only better due to having a bit more player support.
@NodMan >Not to mention that I believe OPUS degrades over time? do not take copypastas seriously lol https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1367239#com-2
@HowUnfortunate * _I could be wrong._ So I was wrong on that part. However I don't mind the larger file sizes for FLAC audio. My ears enjoy it especially the highs and lows.
@NodMan OPUS is pretty good, and pretty close to transparent. I doubt you're hearing the difference of the highs and lows of anime.

What even lol Just watch
OPUS is great. It's pretty much transparent at a measly 128 kbps as per https://wiki.hydrogenaud.io/index.php?title=Opus#Music_encoding_quality FLAC is bloat. LMAO at releases where the audio data uses as much storage as video data.
Notice a difference on this? Probably not because it's Stereo (2.0) sound source. Ever watched an Animu that was broadcast in stereo and released on DVD in the same fashion only to watch it later and listen to on 5.1 FLAC. Something like this might not change (though I wouldn't mind the noodle bar scenes in surround) but something like Karas it makes a world of difference. Also "Highs/Lows" can even be something as simple as character voices.. To each their own. * _FLAC is bloat_ Sorry I have moar than 60 gigs to play with <_<

Flac is best
@Polarwindz _Danke schön zum zustimmend._ I dun hate OPUS and will use it if no other release has FLAC but I prefer FLAC for my speakers.

@NodMan It all sounds the same if it's at a decent bitrate :p
NodMan, you are NOT hearing the differences between this OPUS and FLAC. You are still a human being. You THINK you can hear the difference, but you can't. It's placebo at its finest. That's why we use the word "flacebo".

I really can't tell a difference between different codecs, as long as the bitrate is high I can't tell shit
