It might be worth looking into. Moozzi2's Weak Filter and NonFilter encodes are usually good. @iFU, you don't need to mark your releases as "red" since you didn't re-encode the video. They are straight muxes. Thanks!
>Moozzi2’s Weak Filter and NonFilter encodes are usually good. So they said, but I did compare some of his non-filtered encodes to some others, and they were still inferior in terms of quality. So, as a general rule, where possible always avoid moozzi2's encodes.
Well depends which encodes you're comparing with. With early encoders that are first to release BDs, a lot don't fix issues such as ringing etc. Moozzi2 is usually better than those when not using heavy filters. The better encodes usually take longer to arrive. It's expected for early encoders with a regular release schedule to differ in quality than those that take longer, with a lighter release schedule. Both serve a purpose and have my full appreciation.
Well, I was clearly talking about quality releases and raws, so it should be obvious how little I care about the speed of releasing. Some people can't wait for a good release, and that's fine, but in cases where you care (like me), it shouldn't matter how long you will wait ! When I said Moozzi's stuff were bad, I was only implying that when other decent raws are available.
_Gets sad from the Commentos_ * https://imgur.com/gallery/bQuCe9r Guess I'll wait before I rewatch it.
DB For Audio? His releases are bit starved trash...... Ghost on XDCC has better audio. Ghouls/Arutha on Nibl. Just go on nibl and type Kamuy and look for ghost.
Some less popular series never get that "good" release. So you could be waiting in vain. The difference isn't drastic enough to wait years in some cases. It's not "poor vs great", more like "good vs great" for me. Actual bad encodes are on another level of terrible. We're spoiled with a choice of at least two competent encodes for most recent series these days. Some older titles don't have decent releases to this day. Only other 1080p BD encodes I've noticed for this series are UQW and LowPower-Raws. I haven't checked how they compare with this one as of yet.
