As a person with a library full of dual audio shows, I sure do love when I accidentally *turn on* the dub thinking it's the first track like 99% of uploads.
btw. i also have this on my HD: Black.Lagoon.S01E01.1080p.BluRay.FLAC.DTS-HD.x264-LegionV2 not sure the source, cant find it here on nyaa anymore. So is this release like a v3?

There are some slight timing issues with RisingSun subs in some episodes where they appear a little late, such as episode 10, 15 & 21, but other BD releases with these subs had the same problem with not being synced and it isn't _too too_ bad. Pretty sure it needs to be synced for most episodes, just some episodes are worse than others.
Even WSE & OZC sub tracks can be slightly late in some episodes such as episode 06, while RisingSun is fine ironically. May be best to just Sushi every single sub track and re-check TS signs if this is ever v2'd? Or whatever modern program people use to automate syncing if Sushi is replaced.
Episode 15 jpn audio track is named LPCM -> flac. Every other episode is Japanese FLAC. Very minor if it is even considered a "problem".
For the most part, everything seems okay. The chapters are wrong in 25-29 with them not starting / ending in the OP/ED segments. I just muxed Kulot's release (Rising Sun encode) for 26-29 since I didn't want BDRemux (RIP no Salender-Raws) and chapters for 25-29. Kulot's release containing Omake special is great too since it wasn't included here.
Didn't check dub / signs tracks since I only watch sub.
Edit: There's also some TS oddities in RisingSun such as this on ep 04 07:15 with text going outside the box, but it existed in the original subs / RisingSun's release. A legacy problem I guess with displaying on mpv unless it displayed fine with old vsfilter / mpc-hc? 🤷
