Here are Impakt's DVD remuxes of Dragon Ball Z movies 7 through 13, released in 4:3 format by AB Vidéo in France. This is mostly useful for French fans as it contains the French dub (and the original Japanese audio, but no subs). The original torrents are without seeds, so I decided to reupload them in a batch. I also never managed to get the Trunks special one, so it is missing from this torrent, but Seed of Might's Dragon Box and Blu-ray versions are much better anyway. These are without a doubt the best available fullscreen releases of movies 7-11. A case can be made that they're the best looking fullscreen versions of movies 12 and 13 as well, but unfortunately they were not remastered and the opening credits are in French. If you're looking for all of the fullscreen classic movies with Japanese audio and English subtitles, you should get the following torrent: https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1271049

The TV Specials 1 & 2 were remastered too and look beautiful, but then why bother with an SD when there's an HD source? That's the thing.
@Impakt Having good SD sources is better for the sake of consistency, because you know, there isn't any complete perfect HD source/release for the series . At least just yet .
I agree, but if it's to watch, I'd go with the TOEI remaster (on Blu-ray, by Kazé Germany). Weird that it's taking Western distributors to license the superior HD remaster of DB/Z movies and specials over the DF mess by FUNimation.
