# Sekai Saikou no Ansatsusha, Isekai Kizoku ni Tensei suru | Ansatsu Kizoku

#### I saw that Ohys-Raws released episode 4 in HEVC 10bit ... I checked that too, it is fully replaceable the old video and audio with the new HEVC one by Ohys-Raws (https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1450043) ๐.
##### We will evaluate with the next 2 3 episodes whether to release a double 1080p HEVC version (because it doesn't seem to us that Ohys-Raws will have consistency for this particular version).

Honestly, I believe the eyecatches are "factory" censored. I find it difficult for them to let a static nude image pass randomly compared to a scene that uses the nude to express a precise situation / dynamic that "makes" the context better.
Then, if you have the video source where the eyecatch is uncensored, please tell me. If it's a better version I could change the raw ๐
@tktorrents you can use my episode raw. It is true that the Arabic translation is attached to it, but you can combine the English subtitles and watch the episode without problems, as it is 1080p x265 10bits quality using artificial intelligence

We don't do encodes (except for very special cases like Noblesse).
We release on the Ohys RAW AT-X for convenience.
So we will not release the AT-X in x264 / HEVC 1080p... I let other groups re-encode Ohys and release with the subs fixed for AT-X.
Most likely the BDs will be identical to CR (except for decensures), in that case, you can add the CR subs without too much trouble (they will be the usual + or - 10xx ms).
###### There are many series that are BD eng only.
###### The truth is, you can add the rest of the CR subs without any problems to those as well (example, ToAru Kagaku no Accelerator, High School Prodigies Have It Easy Even in Another World and etc.).
@ OCRD 99.9% of [Oyhs-Raws] shared files are uncut/complete versions of whatever the title/episode is of. Also 99.9% of all AT-X releases are always uncensored. Stating 100% would require I have verified every single file they have ever shared. Which is impossible.
When the eyecatches of Anime appear on Japans TV networks. That's when sponsors for the show/episode airing, get announced to viewers while their logos scroll down the screen.
Files without eyecatches began appearing mostly when CR started streaming Anime. The number of files progressively increased as more and more shows were streamed. Before then eyecatches were practically part of every file on the net.
Depending the genre and time of airing on a network determines if censorship is necessary. Common sense would say networks probably request censorship is applied before episode delivery. However IMO studios deliver each episode in two formats (Censored and UnCensored) It would be easiest and require the least amount of work for both networks and studios.
@NetGhost
I think we didn't understand each other.
From your note, I understand that you are referring to the 5 second static sponsor presentation image for that episode. What do you call "Eyecatch".
The Eyecatch that we use as a reference, is the one that lasts 1 2 seconds and is usually in the middle of the episode (which is a nicer transition to start the commercials in the middle of the episode).
We call this precise moment "Eyecatch" (and this is present in any anime on CR, Aniplex, Amazon, Netflix etc.).
While for the 5 seconds of static image with the various sponsor announcements, we define it as "TV Sponsor Moment" or "Sponsor Card" or (ironically) "SPOT TV" (which is wrong but many say it anyway).
And these sponsor cards are present ONLY in the versions broadcast on TV.
Crunchyroll, AniPlex, Amazon, Netflix etc. they do not insert this card for reasons unknown to me. However, it is a fact that the web versions do not have it and the TV versions have it (if it has not been cut off by the releaser on the illegal sharing site ๐).
I don't know if it is customary to include this moment in the term Eyecatch for the English as well.
I hope I have clarified.

As for the Censorship, first of all it is a matter of the series itself.
Is it a series that has explicit or too violent scenes (both physical and psychological)?
If yes,
then it is an internal question whether to censor the factory (in fact there will be only one version, the censored one, Ex: JoJo from part 4 onwards, Diamond is Unbreakable. While in the previous parts they showed the scene of extreme violence, pen in the eye... from the 4th part onwards, the camera moves and does not show the scene but only makes it heard).
Otherwise they make two versions, and the UnCensored one can present itself in two ways:
On TV stations like AT-X that air the UNC version at 3am;
The BDs that come out in Home Video 3 6 months later.
If that's no,
it all boils down to a BD that fixes doors closed when they needed to be opened (guess the reference ๐๐).
Obviously if I have done something wrong or have given wrong information I am open to receiving the correct ones ๐. So please correct me if I'm wrong.
Ahh yes that makes more sense. I thought you might be referencing the sponsor spots that can be found on shows airing on local networks. The first 10 second spot is located right after the OP completes and the other 10 seconds is located right after the ED and preview is finished. I really need to stop writing messages when its late and im tired. I can fuk up a rubber mallet given the chance. LoL
Have you given any thought to using subs from [naiyas-weeklies] which are better in every way compared to CR/Funi machine translated subs. Which just happen to be intentionally mistranslated. Maybe when there's time you can take a look and see if there useable
@NetGhost
Right now I have to finish doing some work on 2 other series. When I finish, he was already planning to evaluate the [naiyas-weeklies].
I must say that (at least for ep 4 UnCensored) ... we are in bad shape:
The video is "1440x1080 (4:3)" and doesn't fit with subs at "640x360 (16:9)";
Subs have wrong times of 1 2 frames (40 - 80 ms approximately);
The subs script is without YCbCr Matrix compared to Anime Time which uses TV.709;
From that quick glance I took this morning, the subs eng are identical (even the script has the same wording on the origin: "kadokawapictures [http://www.crunchyroll.com/user/kadokawapictures]") for both.
... However!...
The idea was to release the Crunchyroll subs (mainly in my language, which later expanded to the English ones) and not fansub versions on the original RAW AT-X (which maybe, if Moscowgolem's is 1080p for real, there yes that I could release in 1080p, being the same sources).
At the moment, from what I read in the description of "[naiyas-weeklies]" they are still subs Crunchyroll but from DKB's Ripper (instead of Anime Time's). The substance therefore does not change.
The only thing, when I do the full subs watch, I will compare and if the [naiyas-weeklies] are really "improved" I might consider using theirs or doing the double version of the Subs eng (CR + NsWs) ๐.
Hmm that is bad [naiyas-weeklies] has indicated they make the usual corrections to machine translated subs. If all their doing is stamping a new name on the sub file. There no better than Horrible Subs was. Thanks for the update. I was planning on adding their subs to to the shows I watch. But not anymore. I encode files back to AVC8bit daily. I use a special tool to reduce the amount of time it takes down to a few minutes a file. It might come in handy It consists of 1 folder 1 .bat file and h264 codec. drop a 10bit encode on the .bat and wait a few minutes. once its done MKVerge to combine the files together.

I'm done now checking the English ass scripts. They are identical (open on visual studio in parallel).
