Due to an issue in the at-the-time latest version of Epub Metadata editor I use, the file for the volume 5 can’t be opened in Calibre (works everywhere else as far as i can tell).

The other files are unaffected because I did not edit their metadata and the previous versions of that software didn’t have this bug.
