No, it is ripped 'properly' to a reasonable standard for a public tracker. The tracks are already split, and any metadata you need is within the FLAC. Buy the CD if you care about a 1:1 physical copy. FLAC has built-in MD5 checksum, so you don't need a log. If you're that paranoid about a perfect rip, there are far more accurate ways to check that than looking at a log file that can easily be wrong.

XLD rip so it's probably fine, but since the disc is not in either Accuraterip or CuetoolsDB all we can do is guess. About FLACs inbuilt md5 checksum: its not a indication of the quality of the audio data. The data could be any quality and just looking at the md5 won't actually tell you anything. It is useful if you want to compare it to another FLAC file or WAV file to see if the audio is bit identical though.
