The thing is that b-global had bigger sizes in past, lol. Just when this season started they went ultra smoll size mode.
For example, last season 1080p avc was 1.0GiB, 2160p was 1.4GiB. HEVC was at around 650MiB for both.
This is why people are asking why its this small…
