My compilation of this series was used by the Re-Rented Team "as a base for creating a release of the series that aims to compile as much KanoKari content together as possible, with the highest quality scans, restoration of missing pages, more accurate translations and the best formatting that currently exists". See changelog below. Enjoy.
In Japan, the lonely have a new way out — online services that rent out dads, children, even girlfriends! When Kazuya’s true love dumps him, he’s just desperate enough to try it, and he’s shocked at how cute and sweet his rental girlfriend turns out to be. But she wants to keep their “relationship” a secret, and there’s a complication… she goes to his university… and their grandmothers are in the same home… and they live next door to each other?! And Kazuya finds out she’s not nearly as nice in “real life”…

=== Kanojo, Okarishimasu Re-Rented ===
This release aims to compile as much Kanojo, Okarishimasu & Reiji Miyajima content together as possible, with the highest quality that exists. It pulls from many different
sources in order to do this, and is meant as the definitive way to read the series, given how many hands it has been passed through.
Art that is not relevant to the manga in this release has been sourced directly from Miyajima’s Twitter account, and has been placed appropriately inbetween
the most recent Chapter that was out when the images were originally uploaded.

Thanks a lot!
boobychan
Are scans better quality than the official digital releases? Also, thanks for this.
vino201
Hey, do you think you can make a batch of all the code geass manga available? I’d really appreciate that, thanks.

Thanks!

@ boobychan … usually they are not
the main difference between “fan group scans” and the “official” vols is that the fanscans are usually farther along in the story
some fanscans are pure garbage … like the fan translations for the second arc of the World’s End Harem story … the spelling and grammar is so bad it looks like it is being done by a bunch of mentally retarded 5th graders
one exception to this is for LN’s … for some reason many of the fan-group translations are actually better than the official versions … partly because the fan-groups tend to try to be more faithful to the overall style of the originals … a very good example of this is the Mahouka LN’s (The Irregular At Magic High School), the fan-translations are actually better quality than the official versions

@komugi Got it, thank you :)

In most cases I feel the exact opposite of what Komugi says here regarding LN’s and Manga. Since LN involve a much larger quantity of text,they require a lot more time and effort in Translation, so official Translations are bound to be better than fan-translations, barring subjective stuff like honorifics,naming and terminology etc. Not always the case of course and depends on publisher and series.
