Filtering includes rescale, denoise, deband, and dynamic grain. Some [flashback scenes](https://slow.pics/c/wm6N0U5G) were filtered from the JPBD of the TV version as it had a much better source. Full subs were sourced from Kaizoku and I made the signs track. Audio was encoded to Opus with a bitrate of 384 kbps. took me years to accept these releases and not download crappy minicodes. Lord give me strength to accept OPUS.
JPBD still looks best. No idea why you even used the ITBD as a source. Also, >Opus When will this retarded meme stop? Bad encode and Opus! At least it's better than previous encodes.

@HachiRokuNiSanKyu > JPBD still looks best. No idea why you even used the ITBD as a source > The JPBD is low passed and has severe blocking and banding in many action scenes. Look at comp 14 for example
@HachiRokuNiSanKyu i see you're still being retarded, go touch some grass instead of talking about things, again, you know nothing about.
Why not the TV version? Movie is obsolete now...

@vikrant9760 because the JPBD of the TV version isn't a good source and I disagree. I had a better experience watching in movie format
> When will this retarded meme stop? @HachiRokuNiSanKyu when you pass the abx
@HachiRokuNiSanKyu You are genuinely the most retarded person I know. ![](https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/966473153150849054/1009282102967148614/caption-37.gif)
@pog42, ask V01 from whom you stole the profile picture. We did three rounds and one was valid. 192/24 FLAC vs Opus 192.
@OZR I don't see any blocking (usually found on DVDs) or banding in comp 14.
Can you please reseed Deadman Wonderland? I'll try putting it on my seedbox.
I'm sure there's a difference between 2500kbps FLAC and 384kbps Opus. It's a huge difference and a lot of data is lost.
@HachiRokuNiSanKyu he tells me none of them were valid. For the first one you used another file because the sha didn't match, for the second and third you edited the log, and as a bonus the third was actually the same lossy opus file transcoded back to flac, which you were able to "successfully" abx. After three failed attempts at cheating I'm surprised you even expect anyone to take you seriously.
Well well well, oZanderr is back at it again with ANOTHER good quality torrent. Nothing to be surprised about! And what do I see here? Quality transparent OPUS compression? Music (literally) to my ears.
Good job with superior encoder
@HachiRokuNiSanKyu Deadman downloaded fine for me, make sure your ports are forwarded so you can connect to every peer, though you shouldn’t need to worry about doing that on a seedbox. P.S. I think you might want to visit an eye doctor.
> and I disagree. I had a better experience watching in movie format The TV version had a completely new anime original episode and OP/ED plus lots of new cuts and some previous cuts improved too: https://youtu.be/_5KBgHIxtDA Pretty safe to say that the TV version is the one for archival purposes.
I do not care about ABXs. I think it's pretty clear there is a quality difference when data is lost and artifacts are introduced. If you don't care about any of that stop getting filtered encodes because you like artifacts in your stuff.
\>Fails abx test \>Can't see obvious blocking and banding \>Still bitches every chance he gets about things he knows nothing about glorious

@vikrant9760 I'm well aware of what the differences are and still think it flows better in movie format. Having new cuts doesn't mean that it's superior and I dislike how they completely removed the scene at the beginning where the Master walks through the graveyard. The midcard cutscenes for commercials or whatever are also annoying and I don't care for an original episode which is just filler content. I frankly don't care what you think is the archival version, but this is what I prefer and the source is much better qualitywise. I'd rather watch one movie over seven episodes, especially when binging and having to see the same OP/ED multiple times over in one night and some episodes ending off on cliffhangers
Hachiroku x Luxury Collab when? Thank you opus chad.
> ask V01 from whom you stole the profile picture. LOL >I’m sure there’s a difference between 2500kbps FLAC and 384kbps Opus. It’s a huge difference and a lot of data is lost. We could compare JPEGs and bitmaps too, if you like, though the eyes are way better at seeing a difference than the ears are hearing one.
I trust what HachiRokuNiSanKyu has to say about artifacts. Thanks zander
> Some flashback scenes were filtered from the JPBD of the TV version as it had a much better source. How does one go about doing this? Like if you have 2 video files that contain some of the same scenes, and you want to create a new video with the best elements of each, how do you do that? My first thought would be using a video editor to cut the sections in, but that means youre encoding the video each time and losing quality with each encode. Do you have to use ffmpeg to get the individual frames and then splice them in manually or something?
You can trivially slice and append clips in any frame server. Zander uses Vapoursynth.
