Notes:
Video is my own encode of the 2020 GKIDS USBD. Cropped, edgefixed, debanded, dynamic grain.
Audio is Opus converted from the USBD’s 24-bit FLAC at 512k VBR. Average bit rate is 420kbps.
Commie subs are mostly unchanged, with a few typos and line breaks fixed, and typesetting tweaked (redid the motion tracking and some styling).
Also included Niizk with my tweaked Commie signs and the official PGS subs from the USBD.
Highly recommend you just watch Commie though.
Chapters were slightly tweaked as well.

Wait, why would there be transphobia in the subtitles? That really wasn’t even a thing in 2003. The subtitles I saw referred to him as a “f-g” a lot, but nothing to do with being transgender. Which subtitles were those? Commie? I doubt the official subtitles in 2021 would have used the word “f-ggot”.

the new official subs and commie subs are fine, niizk has issues (honestly dont remember what they were exactly, it’s been a while since i looked at the subs)
