SubsPlease isn't a week behind. Bilibili just gets it a week early due to some agreement and SubsPlease doesn't use Bilibili as a source. Also Bilibili's translations are god awful, so I'm glad they don't use them as a source.
@dartkun BiliBili's translations vary in quality from show to show, just like everyone else's. None of the legal streaming services have only a single translator that translates every single show on their own, after all. Their translations for this show are actually pretty good. Not amazing, but good enough.
If anybody really cares about translations they would use http://kaleido.kageru.moe/ , where while you might not agree with every thing they do, they document choices and the rational for such including what a more literal translation would provide.
