My Hero Academia Plus Ultra Edition is a fanedit project trying to create the ultimate My Hero Academia experience.
This first episode combines the first two episodes of the original series into one complete package that follows the first chapter of the manga more accurately (cutting out fluffy flashbacks) and overhauling the subs—taking the best wording from both anime and manga, and improving the timing.

Putting aside whether this fan edit is needed or not, I'm sure you've put a fair amount of effort into this, so if you plan on continuing then it's probably worth consulting existing fansubbers regarding improvements you can make. Just from your screenshots there's quite a few things, i.e. typesetting (especially blur), dialogue styling and margins, song styling, etc.
Join pretty much any fansubbing server and people will be able to point you in the right direction
